Shoot Room Technician
As a member of the Prep & Shoot Team, you’ll work with time-sensitive materials critical to high-tech applications. Your job is to fill syringes with adhesive using a pneumatic adhesive dispensing system.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense adhesives into customized packaging according to precise work instructions
- Update work instructions
- Work to established time standards
- Maintain work station in accordance with clean-room procedures
Skills & attributes required:
- Driven and motivated; self-directed with high attention to detail
- Understand the production system, establish efficient process flow, and work to deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal communication and writing skills
- Skilled in organizational efficiency
- Emotionally intelligent, able to resolve issues directly with others, and willing to receive feedback
- Positive contributor to overall company culture
Experience & Education
- 5+ years Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
- 2+ years working with an ERP system preferred
- Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
