0278 is a transparent yellow, one‐component, unfilled, electrically isolating, space flight grade, precision mixed, degassed, and frozen urethane adhesive. It features low thermal conductivity and can be cured at either room or elevated temperatures. 0278 bonds well to most substrates such as metals, glass, ceramics, and most plastics. 0278 will provide excellent resistance when exposed to high temperatures and high humidity.
